all: it depends on the goal of trying to build a highwheel. If the goal is to actually produce and sell a two wheeler, then Vietnam is not the place, but if the goal is something else (who knows the motivation with Mr Robert?), then any place on earth could be the perfect location. Since we won't live long enough to see the bikes, we must be satisfied to mull over how the sucessful operations came to be, like the bikes built in california!
