Returns -
R2Repro/TallBike wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If dissatisfied for any reason you may return your bike within 3 days from receiving it. It must be in an undamaged condition and return freight and any other fees associated with its return to be paid by the buyer. We have no restocking fee!
Warranty -
All parts are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the receipt of the bike. This warranty covers parts only and is alternative to any rights in law. Does not cover failure, damage, or loss due to improper assembly, neglect, improper usage, damage due to accident or normal wear and tear. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including the results of fatigue, is not covered. Please check your bike before and after every ride for proper adjustment. This is the riders responsibility. All labor charges for warranty service are the responsibility of the bicycle's owner.
This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part at the discretion of R2Repro/TallBike. This warranty applies only to the original owner and may not be transferred by them to a subsequent owner(s).
Except as provided herein, this product is provided "as is" without any additional WARRANTY of any kind, including the WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY and the WARRANTY of FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, whether EXPRESSED or IMPLIED.

The R2 Repro is a reproduction of an old ~1887 Rudge bicycle. They were not considered safe then and although we have tried to make them safer by bringing the seat back 2 inches and using a thicker and heavier backbone they still are not as safe as a modern bicycle. In fact, riding any bicycle is dangerous. Remember, you are responsible for the safe operation of your bike at all times. Your decision to purchase our bike(s) confirms that you have read, fully understand and agreed to our terms and do not find anything that is unconscionable in it.
Our bikes are designed for off-road use. However, it is not to be implied or assumed that our bikes are designed for all types or areas of off-road use. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur. The owner/rider is responsible to determine for themselves the safety and appropriateness of any road or route. Always wear a helmet and gloves. Some parts are meant for display and may not be entirely functional due to modification or design. Weight limits apply, ask for load capacities and recommendations. Some products may require assembly, we recommend to have a qualified technician do the assembly. Components and design subject to change without notice due to availability.

Riding a bicycle is dangerous and may cause serious injury even to include death. We make no claim to the safety or legality of operating this bicycle. If you choose to ride this bike wear all safety equipment available, including but not limited to a helmet designed for a motorized vehicle.
